Biosphere3D supports the NetCDF format

For a cooperation with colleagues from Wageningen University, Lenné3D has developed a promising interface from Biosphere3D to the NetCDF format. This allows Biosphere3D to read another common format in the field of climate modeling. The data is georeferenced and visualized in three-dimensional space with positional accuracy.

The screenshot shows a still image from an atmospheric numerical simulation performed by Bart van Stratum and Chiel van Heerwaarden (Meteorology and Air Quality, Wageningen University, The Netherlands). The model used is MicroHH.
